Your PDF is deleted as soon as the check finishes. The report is kept in memory for 60 minutes at a private link, then deleted; you can delete it sooner. Nothing is used for training. We keep your email and company, and whether you checked an O-1A or EB-1A, so we know who’s using this. Nothing from your packet is kept.
